Ok i read a lot of articles about this, but didn't work. Here's the thing:
I have a shuttle xpc sp35p2 450watts power supply
Intel core 2 duo e8400
2x 800mhz value ram (kingston)
msi 9800 512 OC vga card
I try to start the pc, then i get a black screen, sometimes it shows the shuttle boot screen, and twice it started upontill the part where it starts booting, and shows the amount of divices connected, i can press buttons etc.
It shuts down or hangs everytime, but i have the idea that when i pull off the cpu cooler but keep it attached to the mainboard it boots, but as soon as i place it on top of the cpu it won't.
I can't start it without the cooler, cause it will shut off due to overheating.
What could be the problem, and how to get inside the bios? (o yeah, the usb devices don't get power, when plugged in, they show a weak light for half a second and then die)
