Exchange SBS 2003 'Send As'

Volgende situatie:

SBS 2003 Exchange server met XP SP3 clients.

Gebruiker B moet "send as" rechten krijgen over gebruiker A.

Bij gebruiker A staat dat gebruiker "B" send as rechten heeft.

Echter zodra ik via gebruiker B een mail wil verzenden namens gebruiker A, krijg ik de volgende foutmelding.

"You do not have suffiecient permissions to perform this operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system administrator"

Inmiddels heb ik al geprobeerd om gebruiker B alle rechten te geven die bij de security tab staan op user A. dat werkt niet.
Send on behalf werkt wel, maar dat wil ik niet. Ik wil niet dat afzender "user A namens user B" is.

Iemand suggesties waar te kijken?

Wanneer heb je dit allemaal ingesteld?
Exchange cached "permissions" en deze worden om x aantal uur geflushed en refresh. Om deze "permissions" sneller toe te laten passen is door de server te herstarten.

heeft toch zeker een aantal uur tussen gezeten.
Toch heb ik in alle andere gevallen geen last gehad van het zogenaamde 'cache van rechten' .

Je hebt in de Active Users & Computers ook de advanced setting aangezet?
Als je dit aanzet, krijg je bij een gebruiker het tabblad security erbij. Hierbij moet je gebruiker B toevoegen met send as vinkje aan net als read mailbox permissie

Ja, dat staat al aangevinkt. En nog krijgen wij die melding.

In some cases, users in one organization may need to send on behalf of another organization, especially if their duties are being transferred between departments. Incoming e-mail for a given domain might be redirected, but for the sake of identity, [e-mail] might need to send e-mails as [e-mail], too.

Exchange Server 2003 has no immediate, native way to do this. It is a broadly-requested feature, though, so it may show up in the next iteration of Exchange.

For now, a standard workaround is to create a separate object with a new e-mail address and grant the user who needs it Send As rights. If you're only dealing with a few users, this can be set up manually:

1. Create a new mailbox or group object in Active Directory Users and Computers with the appropriate domain name.

2. Go to the View menu and select Advanced Features.

3. Under Users, right-click the mailbox or group object and select Properties.

4. Under Security -> Advanced, click Add and type the username that you want to grant Send As permissions to.

5. Click Check Names to make sure you have the name right and then click OK.

6. In the Permission Entry dialog, select "This object only" in the "Apply to" dropdown, and then check "Allow" under "Send As" in the Permissions list. Make sure no other permissions are being explicitly granted.

7. Click OK to close all the dialogs.
