UTF-8 character set tekst?

Is er een manier om op dit forum UTF-8 character set tekst te plaatsen waarbij de spatiering behouden blijft? Als ik bijvoorbeeld een stuk UTF-8 tekst in de forum editor copieer tussen de code markers dan heeft dat niet het gewenste resultaat:

codes gecopieerd, maar als de getoonde UTF-8 └ karakters uit een tekstbestand geopend in notepad.

Zonder code markers zijn de karakters uit de UTF-8 character set wel leesbaar, maar worden de voorloop spaties verwijderd zodat de opmaak verloren gaat:
