Verkeerde opstart pagina IE

Net mijn pc voorzien van een verse instal van Win XP maar nu heb ik het volgende probleem:

Als ik internet explorer opstart gaat die altijd naar de volgende site toe http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74005 dan komt ie met de melding dat de site niet gevonden kan worden en gaat die naar zo'n standaard msn site toe met de melding The page you have requested cannot be found.

wat ik al geprobeerd heb:
- IE 7 opnieuw installeren
- Hijack this erover heen gehaald en de paar verwijzingen die naar die site erin stonden verwijderd.

maar helaas geen resultaat wie weet een oplossing ?

Omdat de pagina niet bestaat kan hij er niet naar toe.

Gewoon dus een andere pagina van jouw keuze als startpagina instellen.

Bij mij linkt 'ie gewoon door naar http://runonce.msn.com/runonce3.aspx

Ziet er wel leuk uit in FireFox

Tools | Internet Options | Security
Make sure scripting is not disabled.

If that doesn't fix it, save the part between the lines below and paste into
Notepad. Save as Runonce.reg

Right click Runonce.reg and choose Merge.

To change all Windows users at once use

Bovenstaand moet inderdaad werken, had je natuurlijk ook zelf kunnen vinden als je even had gezocht.

Zou mogelijk door 1 van de volgende programma's komen:

In the case of Zone Alarm 6.5 or Norton 2007 it actually has to be
