Nieuwe Vista laptop start niet meer op na updates

Ik heb een nieuwe dell laptop incl Vista Business.

Verder staat er nog niets geinstalleerd maar zodra ik de eerste updates installeer en reboor start Vista niet meer op. Ik zie 1 sec een blue screen dan reboot en daarna zit er niets anders op de vista herstellen naar punt voor de updates. Maar op deze manier zijn er dus geen updates binnen te halen. Iemand een idee?

En op welke update loopt hij vast? 1 voor 1 proberen? kun je na herstel ook aanzetten dat hij niet automatisch reboot? Kun je in de eventvwr de bluescreen message terug vinden?

Kan je bij 'Configuratiescherm -> Windows Update -> Beschikbare updates weergeven' niet het vinkje uitzetten bij de update die het veroorzaakt?

Hij haalt een stuk of 28 updates binnen..eventvwr kan ik ook niet opstarten aangezien ik alleen in windows kom als ik hersteld heb.

Issue workaround
An unattended installation fails because the package is trying to set ACLs on a directory (%windir%/prefetch) that does not exist. If you must install this package in an offline image, you can create this folder manually before the package is installed. For example, create a C:/Windows/prefetch folder before you install the package in the image.
