Hi allemaal,

Het volgende probleem doet zich voor:

Alle updates welke beschikbaar zijn op update.ms.com worden niet gedownload.
Via Office.ms.com werkt het daarentegen weer wel.

Ik ben de laatste 3 dagen bezig dit probleem te verhelpen maar ik kom er niet meer uit.
Het volgende Gegoogled en is geprobeerd.

1. Dail-A-Fix uitgevoerd
2. Proxy instellingen nagekeken (Exact hetzelfde als op een andere pc welke wel werkt)
3. Updated WSUS
4. De map C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download leeggemaakt
5. Meerdere malen het Updatelog leeggemaakt en gecontroleerd op vreemde foutmeldingen

Helaas krijg ik nog steeds de volgende meldingen in mijn %windir%\Windowsupdate.log en falen de downloads nog altijd

firewall tijdelijk uitzetten? Het lijkt alsof ie idd gewoon domweg geen contact kan maken.

Zijn die 2 systemen identiek?

maak je gebruik van user policies op je netwerk?

Wupdate activeX component werkt?


Wellicht kan je even proberen om in te loggen als administrator, of andere user op dezelfde PC. En het dan nog eens testen.

Systemen zijn identiek (Beide xp sp3 en Office 2003)

Heb nu met een nieuwe (dezelfde als het andere systeem) gebruiker ingelogt.

Userpolicies zijn op beide systemen gelijk omdat het dezelfde gebruikers zijn.

WU Active X werkt, daar de 2de (nieuwe) gebruiker op het systeem hetzelfde heeft met een nieuw gedownloade versie van de ActiveX

Uiteraard heeft de "nieuwe" gebruiker Admin rechten.

Kan het tooltje niet downloaden vanwege populariteit, maar doet volgens mij hetzelfde als DAF

Intussen ook de WindowsUpdateAgent30 opnieuw geinstalleerd

Stap 1: Start, Uitvoeren: net stop wuauserv
Stap 2: %WINDIR%\SoftwareDistribution renamen naar _old
Stap 3: Bij Internet Explorer de optie "Opnieuw Instellen" gebruiken. (Internet Options - Tabblad advanced)
Stap 4: Opnieuw opstarten
Stap 5: Windows Updaten.

Heeft voor mij altijd gewerkt.

Hmm, en dan heeft de meest simpel uitziende oplossing toch gewerkt.
