Ik ben op mijn werk bezig om words bestanden om te zetten naar pdf.
Een vraag is het mogelijk om van een aantal pdf bestanden een bestand te maken.

Van al deze documenten wil ik een print document maken.
Dit betekent dat ik alle documenten op juiste volgorde achter elkaar wil zetten als pdf.
Ik zit namelijk met het probleem dat ik in words veel werk met verschillende kop en voetteksten die niet op de juiste manier komen te staan als ik ze onder elkaar zet,
Ik denk dat ik dit ondervang als ik het geheel in pdf omzet en samen kan voegen.

In adobe acrobat (dus niet de reader!) kan je gewoon pagina's (een ander pdf bestand dus) in een geopend pdf bestand invoegen.

You can convert different types of files and combine them into one Adobe PDF file by using the Create PDF From Multiple Files command. You can also use this command to combine PDF files. After you have created a composite PDF file, you can add headers and footers, including page numbers, and a background or watermarks to improve the document’s appearance.

Convert Multiple Files

1. Do one of the following:
* Choose "File"> "Create PDF" > "From Multiple Files", or click the "Create PDF" button ) on the toolbar and choose "From Multiple Files".
* Right-click a file on the desktop, and choose "Combine in Adobe Acrobat" from the context menu. (Acrobat displays a warning message if you try to convert an unsupported file type.)
2. In the Create PDF from Multiple Documents dialog box, do any of the following:
* Click "Browse" to locate the first file to be converted. Double-click the file, or Ctrl-click to add multiple files from the same directory.
* Select "Include All Open PDF Documents" to automatically add all open PDF files to the list of files to combine.
* Select "Include Most Recent List of Files to Combine" to add the files combined the last time the command was used. You can add the same file more than once if you need to add blank pages or transition pages between other files, for example.
3. To move a file up or down the file list, select the filename and click "Move Up" or "Move Down" as needed. You can also drag files within the list. Files are converted and consolidated in the order shown in this list. To remove a file from the file list, select the filename and click "Remove".
4. When you have added all the files to be converted and have the files in the desired sequence, click OK to convert and consolidate the files into one Adobe PDF file. Depending on the method used to create the source files, a progress dialog box may show the conversion of the files. Some source applications may launch and close automatically. When the conversion is complete, the consolidated PDF file opens. You can name and save the consolidated PDF file using the "File"> "Save As" command.

In feite is dit topic gewoon eenvoudig zelf uit te zoeken mits je maar de juiste steekwoorden in Google gebruikt. Voor de rest is dit topic ook niet meer dan een request van een tooltje.

Als het goed is niet.
Je maakt eerst met word (of welk programma wat je maar gebruikt) de losse pdf bestanden (incl kop/voettexten en alle andere opmaak en text). Daarna kan je die losse pdf bestanden in acrobat invoegen in het hoofddocument.

Een andere manier is om in Word (zonder s aan het eind) te kiezen voor invoegen - eindemarkering - doorlopend. Je maakt dan een nieuwe sectie, waardoor je andere kop- en voetteksten kan maken. Even opletten dat je ze niet koppelt (is een knopje in de balk die je krijgt als je kop- en voetteksten bewerkt).
