Member server niet toevoegen aan het domein

Hallo,
Ik heb een windows 2008 domain controller. Hier heb ik domein jupi.nl op
geinstalleerd. Aan het domein kan ik wel een vista client hangen. Maar krijg
geen 2e windows 2008 server aan het domein toegevoed. (Dus member server,
geen 2e domain controller). Wat doet hij wel? Ik krijg het login scherm op
het moment dat ik de domeinnaam ingeef. Hij voegt de computer toe aan active
directory users and computers. Blijft maar op het scherm computer name/domain
name changes hangen en krijg na heel lang wachten (enkele uren) de
foutmelding dat de RPC gefailed heeft. Wat doet hij niet? Computer wordt niet
toegevoegd aan dns (ook handmatig geprobeerd), en krijg dus ook geen melding:
Welcome in het jupi domain. Wat ik met de vista client wel krijg.

Heb verdere alle firewalls uitstaan. Ook met nslookup krijg ik gewoon de
juiste gegevens te zien. Namelijk dat jupi.nl verwijst naar 192.168.x.x

Ik heb beide servers en de client gevirtualiseerd met vmware server. Vmware server draait ook op een windows 2008 host.

Heeft iemand een idee en kan mij misschien helpen?
