Connection problems

I have a problem with my settings or anything, but i have no idea why i cant connect to most of the players in the following games:
-rakion
-company of heroes
-supreme commander

i tried forwarding and nearly everyting to be found on any forum.
i read something about deleting the firewall.ini or redirecting calls of some kind, but i dont really know how to do that.
could someone explain those or give me a other solution?
