Tijdens het voorbereiden van mijn SCSA examen stootte ik op het volgende:

Plaats elk format utility keyword bij zijn juiste functie:

Updates the disks VTOC	Partition
Reads and displays labels	Disk
Allows you to select a new disk	Label
Saves disk and slice information to a file	Save
Alters size slices	Fomat
Formats and analyzes the disk	Verify

Volgens mij zijn deze antwoorden heel simpel gelijk aan:

Updates the disks VTOC --> Label
Reads and displays labels --> Verify
Allows you to select a new disk --> Disk
Saves disk and slice information to a file --> Save
Alters size slices --> Partition
Formats and analyzes the disk --> Format

Maar als ik bij de antwoorden ging krijgen van de vragenbundel dan zijn de oplossingen volgens hen dit:

Updates the disks VTOC --> Save
Reads and displays labels --> Label
Allows you to select a new disk --> Verify
Saves disk and slice information to a file --> Format
Alters size slices --> Partition
Formats and analyzes the disk --> Disk

Ik ben niet akkoord met hun oplossingen, de vraagstelling en de functies zijn trouwens ook niet echt duidelijk als je voortgaat op de aangeboden keywords.

Iemand die me kan bevestigen of hun oplossing wel de juiste is?

Wat is je argumentatie dat jouw oplossing beter is dan de gegeven oplossing? (Ik vind jouw suggesties namelijk niet per se beter dan het antwoordmodel). Wat zegt de manpage van format, en wat zegt bijvoorbeeld de documentatie op docs.sun.com?

Afgaande van dit zijn mijn antwoorden toch correcter dan diegenen die in die cursus staan?
