LaCie Hard Drive (USB 2.0)

Hallo, ik heb een probleem met mijn desktop harde schijf van LaCie (one touch back-up). Dit is in combinatie met mijn Toshiba laptop met Windows Vista Home Premium. Hieronder staat een melding die dit programma tijdens uitvoering maakte. Het heeft iets te maken met programma bevoegdheden/permissies.

Blijkbaar wilt die harde schijf een stuk software opstarten waarvoor ie geen rechten heeft.

Ik zou mij er niet teveel van aantrekken.

Ik back-up dan handmatig en doe een systeemherstel van m'n laptop. Is dit een goed idee (al een keer eerder gedaan, maar moet duidelijk weer)? Internet Explorer doet het namelijk niet, maar de Opera browser wel.

Update: Ik heb op LaCie een support ticket aangemaakt, al kon ik het doc bestand niet versturen (lukte ook niet als PDF met PDFCreator en gif/jpg met screenprint 32 programma).
