Hoi, Ik heb het onderstaande stukje op een engels forum gepost en ik had even geen zin om het te vertalen:
"Ever had these annoying BSOD crashes in Vista?
I found no solution as of yet? Multiple causes on the web... But.. none that works.
I probably found a common denominator. My Microphone.
I recently (2 months ago) bought my system.
At first all was ok, until the system started crashing in a BSOD for no appearend reason. Often in a game, but sometimes while using Skype. I deleted all drivers, even re-installed Vista 3 times. I bought a new soundcard. Updated all drivers. Nothing worked.. The system kept crashing. Until one day I had to make a lot of calls with skype. And everytime I started talking, after a few seconds WHAM.. BSOD. So I figured.. Bad Mic? I disconnected my mic and the system has run smoothly ever since. Ok, I figured.. Mic is the problem.. maybe the jack is bad or the sound drivers.. So, back to the Computer shop to buy a USB mic. And what was the big suprise.. The problem popped up again.. Damn..So, can we now rule out the jacks.. Yes, we can. Can we rule out the drivers? yes we can.. Maybe it does have it's origin in DX10...
I'm still mic-less for the moment.. Anybody out there who can confirm and, or maybe even provide a solution.. If not, we'll just wait for new drivers:) "
Ik hoop dat jullie mij wel een antwoord kunnen geven?
