[W2003] Kan ICS niet activeren (tabblad verborgen)

Enigszins mijzelf schamend (ik kom er zelf niet uit) moet ik mijn probleem betreffende ICS toch voorleggen aan anderen:
Op mijn W2003 servertje krijg ik met geen mogelijkheid het tabblad 'geavanceerd' van mijn beide netwerkkaarten tevoorschijn. Nou heb ik dat tabblad wel nodig om ICS te activeren. Wat zie ik over het hoofd?
Uiteraard zou ik het hier niet neergooien zonder zelf het een en ander geprobeerd te hebben:

- Via MMC de GPO (prohibit Administrators to activate ICS, blabla....) gedisabled (stond op 'not configured).
- De 'out-of-the-box' Active Directory hélemaal doorgespit op verborgen security policies, niets gevonden.
- Voor zover mogelijk de drivers van mijn netwerkkaarten geupdate (standaard 3COM ding, dus geen wereldschokkend resultaat)

Ik ben deze server momenteel aan het inrichten. Het ding is nog compleet kaal.

Wie-o-wie weet hoe ik ICS aan de praat krijg??

Uit die handleiding:

Ik krijg dus dat tabblad 'advanced' niet.

Als de server domaincontroller is kan je ics niet gebruiken. RRAS is je vriend.

Do not use ICS on a network that:
• Uses static IP addresses
• Has a Windows Server 2003 domain controller
• Uses other DNS servers, gateways, or DHCP servers
• Do not configure ICS on a computer that is a VPN server. If your Windows Server 2003-based computer is serving as a VPN server, you must use Windows Server 2003 NAT.

Als ik mezelf vaak genoeg voor m'n kop heb geslagen ga ik dit vanavond meteen instellen. Dank voor het corrigeren van mijn ietwat te kort-door-de-bocht denkwerk
