[Windows Fundamentals] Apache 2.2 Error

Op m'n server met Windows Fundamentals probeer ik nu apache 2.2 te starten, maar hierbij krijg ik de volgende errors:

Is dit omdat Windows Fundamentals bepaalde systeembestanden mist? Ik heb het geprobeerd zonder php te starten. Ook heb ik al verschillende zoekpogingen bij google en got gedaan, maar helaas zonder resultaat. Hieronder zie je de http configuratie:
