zelf een chat netwerk hosten

Ik wil zelf een server bouwen met het programma FCSCHAT.
Ik heb alleen geen flauw idee wat ik moet doen of ervoor nodig heb.
Heb een machine staan:

Snel moederbord 1000FSB
1GB geheugen DDR2 800MHz
2.4Ghz S775 Core 2 Duo, 4mb Cache
80GB SATA2 in RAID

Zou ik hiermee een server kunnen maken?
Heb 20MBit down / 1MBit up verbinding geen FUP of zo.

Van fcschat.com > 'Server Requirements' kom ik op:

1. You must have a Licensed Flash communication server software installed on your server. For more details on buying Flash communication server MX 1.5 please check www.macromedia.com
You do not require flash communication server if you host with us.
2. For Advanced,Premium Plan and video messenger, you should have php5.0,mysql,amfphp installed on your Windows/Linux server.

Note:
* Please note that on buying the server side code, we will send you instructions/guidelines on how to install the chat.
* If you want us to install the chat on your server then you will be charged an extra setup fee of $150, provided that you have all the softwares pre installed on your server as stated in points 1 and 2 above.
* If you want us to setup your server too, then you will be charged an extra server setup fee of $200 for Windows server and $300 for linux server, provided that you have a valid Flash communication server license.
* The time required for server/chat setup is 3-4 days
* We recommend you to use a Windows Server 2003 ,PIV 2.4 Ghz,with minimum of 512 MB ram.
* Before Getting the server side code, you will have sign an agreement with us stating that you won't resell/reproduce the chat code
