Good afternoon,

We upgrade a client from “Connectux” to a respectively Microsoft Server 2003 basic!! (it rox) with a 2003 Exhange basic installation.

The client used a product named “Team Link” on the old environment so they can use Microsoft Outlook 2003. They had one special user who shared his agenda and contact persons. All other users had this special user’s contacts. They used it the following way:

When they made a new messages they hit the “to” button. They than gets a box where they can select names. They also can select the other special user contact list. (screen shot)

In the new situation when I add the special user contact with the “open shared contacts” (I, ofc have given the good rights) the option to choose the special’s users contacts does not appear in the box where they can select names.

I have fount a option that’s called “Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book” (Screen Shot) but I only see this option on the users own contact list. So when I open the properties of the special users contacts I don’t see an tab labeled “Outlook Address Book”

Can some one give me any feedback on this issue? Or maybe I’m using it totally wrong!! In that case, what is the “correct” way to use shared concats.

Thanks in advance

Greets AJ

Hello AJ,

Maybe is this te sollution to you're problem.
I think dat that you don't have the option "Outlook-Adressbook' (Outlook-adresboek in dutch-version) selected under services.
If you add this option, i think that this solved you're problem.
