[Word 07] Automatisch opslaan als .doc

Hoi,

Ik wil in Word 2007 dat hij automatisch opslaat als .doc. Nu werkt dit voor save, en gewoon op save as klikken. Als ik in het save as uitklapmenu echter op "Save as word document" klik, slaat hij nog steeds automatisch op als docx. Ik weet dat ik het gewoon kan selecteren, echter mijn ouders niet. Hoe zorg ik ervoor dat ook deze automatisch de 97-03 doc pakt?

Dat had ik dus al gedaan, maar dat werkt niet voor dat ene ding.

Gisteren ook voor het eerst in Word 2007 een document getikt en probeer het nu te openen in Word 2000.... één puinhoop!

Die .docx-files zouden vanaf Office 2000 geconverteerd moeten kunnen worden... nou niet dus.

This is the new upcoming format for Microsoft Office documents. It is a combination of XML architecture and ZIP compression for size reduction. Microsoft promises the format will be open (published for anyone to use) and prior versions of Office, using components provided by Microsoft for Office 2000, XP, and 2003 will be available to perform document conversion. Remember that these are promises by Microsoft. We have yet to see the actuals. This format is not the same as the OpenDocument standard, also an XML-based standard being developed as a true open standard (see the OpenDocument Fellowship for more information).

This format is not compatible with older versions of Microsoft Word or with alternative operating systems like Linux or Mac OS X. Nor is it compatible with other word processing applications like OpenOffice, Lotus 123, or NeoOffice.

Nou, ze zijn lekker bezig bij MS... standaard op laten slaan in een nieuw documentstype wat niet compatible is met oudere versies... en niet even een waarschuwing bij het opslaan ofzo....

Je schijnt in Word 2000, 2003 of XP een compatibiliteitspakket te moeten installeren om docx-files te converteren...

Tja, daar hebben de collega's van mijn ouders niets aan als die het weer eens niet geopend krijgen .

Je kan het instellen dat hij hem als .doc op slaat.

klik op het officelogo en kies daar voor "Opties voor word"
ga dan naar het tabblad oplsaan. Kies daar vanuit het dropdown menu voor bestanden opslaan in deze indeling de optie word 97-2003-document.

je bestanden zullen nu gewoon als .doc worden opgeslagen.
