Ik wil graag mijn Mp3 collectie normalizen. Soundforge (SF) kan met batches werken en zo hele mappen bewerken. Maar ik weet niet welke instellingen in moet gebruiken in Soundforge. Is de music -16Db preset goed? Als ik die gebruik converteert SF niets. Er verschijnt 'format not available' in het status scherm. Terwijl als ik een individueel bestand doe, dan werkt het wel.
In de help staat: "When you convert files to a compressed format such as MP3, peaks that are at or near 0 dB may be clipped by the compression process. Consider normalizing first to reduce the possibility of clipped peaks (normalizing to a peak level of -0.9 dB is a good starting point)."
Heeft dit ermee te maken? Gebruik ik wel de goede tool? SF is vrij specifieke audio tool, en ik wil alleen batch normalizen. Maar de kwaliteit moet goed zijn, en daar is SF altijd top.
