Uitschakelen Outlook contacts cache dmv. policy oid?

Geachte medetweakers,

is het mogelijk om dmv. een policy of iets dergelijks, ervoor te zorgen dat emailadressen niet automatisch aangevuld worden in outlook XP / 2003?

Elke keer dat we een migratie doen van gebruikers naar een andere server gooit deze cache roet in het eten.

Hoop dat iemand me kan helpen met een oplossing. Alvast bedankt!

Je kan deze cache wissen maar over het algemeen maak je je gebruikers hier heel ongelukkig mee, zie ook How to reset the nickname and the automatic completion caches in Outlook

Dank je wel, alleen ik heb het denk ik niet goed uitgelegd. Deze optie zag ik er al bij staan. Heb ook een batch-filetje gemaakt dat dit *.nk2- filetje weggooit. Maar vroeg me af of er een policy bestaat om dit "netjes" op te lossen.
Lijkt me dat ik niet de 1e ben die tegen dit probleem aanloopt.
Maar ben blij dat er gereageerd word op m'n post.

Wij zitten op dit moment in eenzelfde situatie. Wij verwijderen de nk2 bestandjes niet, maar instrueren heel duidelijk om mensen in de interne organisatie de eerste paar weken duidelijk via het adresboek te mailen i.p.v. de autoaanvullijst.

Het probleem is gewoon dat die autoaanvullijst (leuk woord voor scrabble) veel te veel gebruikt wordt.
Verwijderen is bij ons geen optie aangezien er ook teveel adressen instaan van mensen die ze helemaal nergens in een adreslijst hebben staan.

Weer bedankt voor de reactie maar helaas weer onbruikbaar , zie onderstaande stukje dat gekopieerd is van de website. Had deze link trouwens zelf ook al gevonden.
Is er misschien nog iemand die wel antwoord weet op mijn vraag?

You can use a Group Policy Object (GPO) to disable both automatic name checking (which checks entered names against the Outlook Address Book) and the automatic completion feature (which checks partially entered names against a file that has the extension .nk2 and that contains recently used email addresses). For Outlook 2002, you'll find the relevant policy settings in the Outlook administrative template in Group Policy Editor (GPE) under Microsoft Outlook 2002 (click Tools, Options, Preferences, E-mail options, Advanced E-mail options, When sending a message). In the When sending a message Properties dialog box, which Figure 1 shows, clear the Automatic name checking and Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields check boxes. Ik heb heel de GPO doorgelopen maar zie geen exchange opties staan hoor. Moet ik hiervoor nog iets installeren?
