Ik gebruik Microsoft Outlook 2003 in combinatie met Norton Internet Security 2005 en MS-ActiveSynch 4.2 voor de synchronisatie tussen mn IPaq en Outlook. Als ik MS Outlook opstart met de IPaq aangesloten aan m'n systeem dan is de Norton AntiSpam toolbar in Outlook niet aanwezig. Start ik MS Outlook zonder de IPaq aangesloten aan m'n systeem dan is de toolbar er wel.
Rara hoe kan dit? En nee, als de IPaq is aangesloten dan staat de AntiSpam plugin niet onder de uitgeschakelde items.

Another possible cause of this problem is a conflict between Norton AntiSpam and certain programs or plug-ins that work with Microsoft Outlook. If you have any PDA synchronizing software such as Hotsync, ActiveSync, AT&T Mobile Sync, or others, you should temporarily turn off your PDA or disable the PDA software. Then, restart your computer to let Norton AntiSpam load, and finally turn your PDA back on or re-enable the PDA software. If you continue to have problems, try changing the frequency of synching.
