Ik gebruik RIS om machines hier te installeren, dus ik maak een Unattended installation, dit doe ik vrij simpel met nlite, werkt perfect, maar ik kom tegen 1 probleem aan.
Wij hebben 160 machines binnengekregen, maar als ik de driver wil integreren van de geluidskaart doet ie dat gewoon goed, maar als de installatie is afgerond heeft ie um niet geinstalleerd, en apparaatbeheer staat wel dat het geluid is geinstalleerd, behalve de Sigmatel HD codec staat er niet tussen.
Ik integreer normaal gesproken de drivers met nlite, maar op http://www.msfn.org/board/lofiversion/index.php/t66886.html forum kwam ik erachter dat driverpacks ook zeer handig is, op deze site staat de oplossing voor mijn probleem, maar ik snap gewoon niet wat ze bedoelen.
Hieronder zal ik de tekst wat ik niet snap dik gedrukt aangeven
I had the same problem with the Intel 945 boards.... device manager is ok, but the sound itself doesn't work.
These files need to be added to C:\D\S\S\U and then it'll work. We need Bashrat to add it to the normal driverpack tho. Does that explain it?

Hi,
So - I addded the contents of the:
C:\Program Files\Intel Desktop Board\Audio\DISK1\WDM
Folder to the C:\D\S\S\U DriverPack folder and now sound is installed correctly.
The only caveat is that no sound scheme was selected by default. However, once I did select the default sound scheme all was well.
I suspect that installing the notification area applet for the driver may fix this small issue as it includes some autodetect code that runs when speakers, etc. are plugged in. I imagine that this might also trigger the sound scheme to be selected too.
As I build many such machines unattendedly I will see if Bashrat will consider adding the applet install to the Sound B part of BTS_DPs_Finish.cmd.
I'll post the request seperately in the main Sound fourm.

Ik snap niet wat ze bedoelen met C:\D\S\S\U, en heb geen idee waar ik dit dan moet aanpassen of veranderen. Iemand die mij dit op een makkelijkere manier kan uitleggen?
Helaas is dat forum closed, en het Main Sound Forum waar die het over heeft is met geen mogelijkheid te vinden op dat vinden...
