Past de Termalright SP97/AMD ook op socket 939?

Momenteel heb ik de Termalright SP97 op een athlon xp 2500+ draaien (Socket A), ik vroeg me af of ik die heatsink ook op mijn nieuw bordje ga kunnen gebruiken? Een Socket 939 met X2-4200 op een asrock dual sata2 moederbord.
