Visual Studio 2005 express, publish programma, foutmelding

Ik krijg de melding "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." wanneer ik op setup.exe klik van een project wat ik in visual studio 2005 express heb gemaakt. Dit heb ik middels 'Build -> Publish whois' gepubliceerd naar een network share.
