SPEEDLINQ IS THE WORST ISP EVER
I try my best to keep it short AND PARDON MY ENGLISH WRITING i AM STILL UNABLE TO WRITE IN DUTCH AS OF YET :o(

I wanted to change my ISP from speedlinq to wannado at the end of nov2005
i printed a cancellation form on their website filled it in and send it to speedlinq on around the 23rd of Nov 2005
my swap over Actually worked fine and from the 1st DEC i was online with wannado
but OF A SUDDEN 2 WEEKS LATER AROUND THE 15TH I GET A LETTER FROM SPEEDLINQ REQUESTING TO PAY 110 EUR FOR 2 MONTH INTERNET SERVICE !

I didn't understand this at all run immediately and being told they never apparently received my cancellation and I have to pay 2 month immediately
I refuse explained the situation and faxed immediately the cancellation form again
nothing happened and after Xmas i receive a renewed bill asking now for 3 month 150 Eur ..I AM NOT A A CUSTOMER ANYMORE NOR AM I USING THEIR SERVICE ANYMORE yet they threaten me they will stop my email account ??? WTF useless to say the least ...
..this keeps going on regardless of all my emails and telephone call they even refused to have received my fax cancellation
..this goes on and on speedlinq just ignores any email i write or any telephone.
In march i send another letter complaining about this ignorance and being told the cancellation period will start as soon as they have the cancellation form ??????
After another 4 weeks and numerous calls with the collection department (can you believe this i am being handed over to a collection company )
They offer me out of their good I can get out if i pay 2 month ./..
110 EUR
Noway I am going to pay this i told Mr Peters from Speedlinq !
The worst most unfriendly racist employee Speedlinq must have and I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate speedlinq on worst service I ever received in Holland ..
I speak rather well dutch i only cannot write it but even this fact did nothing my my case
Now its 450 EUR and with a collection company !!!!
220 EUR SPEEDLINQ WANTS AND THE REST IS CHARGES >>>!! unbelievable !!
I contacted them to maybe get EDR collection company to be fair and asses this
I send them ALL info i had including Fax confirmation AND all letters I send to speedlinq over the month
NO SUCCESSS !
the reply doesn't even try to be Fair AND INSISTS pay within 7 days or else !
EDR (collection company) OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE AS A LARGE BUNCH NOW IS THEY COMMISSION FEE SO THEY WANT THE MONEY
I feel like in this country customer are being screwed every day and no one does anything about it
i read here numerous complains about speedlinq showing me this must work and is common practise for speedlinq
I guess they do this to everyone trying to leave and squeeze just that little bit more money out of every customers leaving.
UNBELIEVABLE this can happen in Holland l
I am so disappointed and before i pay this RIPP OFF COMPANY i will leave this Country !
