yup, dat klopt, ik heb gelezen dat de prijzen van somige processors met !!50%!! gaat dalen.

PIII 1Gh gaat ong $200 minder zijn, niet slecht.

Onzin! In Nederland worden de processoren (net als alle andere hardware) in dollars afgerekend. De Intel staffel wordt ook in Nederland toegepast aan de hand van dezelfde data. Derhlave is de prijsverlaging ook in Nederland van toepassing vanaf 28 januari a.s.

Probleem is dat Nederland een andere dollarkoers kent...heel gek..

Tzal nog wel een weekje of wat duren voordat deze prijswijziging bij alle retailers doorgevoerd zal zijn! Eerst moeten alle voorraden op die voor de oude prijs zijn ingekocht. simpel toch?

(of dachten jullie soms dat je die marge zomaar kado zouden krijgen.....>:))

Iedere OEM'er zorgt dat zijn voorraad 0 is voor de aangekondigde staffelverlaging want anders is de verkoopprijs lager dan de inkoop. Die kalender is al een dik jaar tevoren bekend.

Ben trouwens wel benieuwd, als AMD mee omlaag gaat, met welk %. Hun marges zijn een stuk kleiner dan die van Intel en 40% verlaging (relatief) op een (absoluut) lager bedrag is natuurlijk een stuk minder.
