gisteren kom ik tot de ontdekking dat mijn dvd lg (GDR-8161B) een nieuwe dvd niet leest. een tikkend geluid.

2. Double-Click: My Computer Icon on your desktop

5. Choose: Copy System Files Only, Click OK.
6. Download the Firmware and Execution file to the same folder(ex: c:\>temp)
7. Copy: The Firmware and Execution file to the new folppy diskette
8. Let: The PC Make the disk bootable.
9. Re-Boot your PC with the bootable disk in Drive A: (Note: you may need to change
your boot sequence in the CMOS Setup in order to boot to drive A.

10. At the A:\>JD2 (all files are in same directory) then press enter.
Als ik het goed doe boot ik met een win 98 flop, daarna verwissel ik deze met de flop gemaakt in stap 1 t/m 5 hierop plaats ik de bestanden benodigt voor de flash.
stap 6 is mij onduidelijk
in de op dos geboote pc run ik het bestand A:\> jd2 en krijg de melding dat het bestand .dld niet op de flop staat...????
een dir command geeft aan dat het wel op de flop staat
vraag moet ik de jd2 runnen vanaf de flop of vanaf de c schijf.. wat doe ik precies fout
