[V&A] Need help regarding online shopping

Hi,
First of all I appologise for writing in English as I am new to Netherlands

I would like your expert comments what options do I have regarding my purchase from Pcone (www.pcone.nl). Order status from Pcone can be seen in this image


I ordered via internet on 16th february 2006 a laptop (@120 stuck in stock on that day)from pcone and transferred the money (Euro 982,92 incl btw and sending charge) on same day.

till today I have not got the laptop nor got my money. in the meantime I have spent more that 15 euros in calling to their expensive service number without any positive help. My emails to them is never answered and mostly deleted without even reading. Last week (on 30th march) My order was canccelled after the long wait, However I am still waiting to get back my money.

Could you people please help me in this regards that "what options do I have to get back my money?"

"what should I do?"

As you can see on this page in Shop Survey of PC One (where other users of Tweakers.net posted their experience with the shop), you are not the only person who is having difficulties with this shop. There actually isn't that much you can do if the shop doesn't want to cooperate. You will have to keep sending emails, perhaps sending real letters and keep calling. Perhaps you can find a real address or telephone number of this shop in the whois data or the information that's posted on the site of the Kamer van Koophandel (Dutch Chamber of Commerce). And as a last resort you could go to the police, but I really don't think they will be able to do much for you because there aren't enough complaints... Good luck.

In this instant you can write a letter with Signature Confirmation (Aangetekende brief) where you ask for the return of you're money. The return of the money can take up to two month.
