First of all I appologise for writing in English as I am new to Netherlands
I would like your expert comments what options do I have regarding my purchase from Pcone (www.pcone.nl). Order status from Pcone can be seen in this image

I ordered via internet on 16th february 2006 a laptop (@120 stuck in stock on that day)from pcone and transferred the money (Euro 982,92 incl btw and sending charge) on same day.
till today I have not got the laptop nor got my money. in the meantime I have spent more that 15 euros in calling to their expensive service number without any positive help. My emails to them is never answered and mostly deleted without even reading. Last week (on 30th march) My order was canccelled after the long wait, However I am still waiting to get back my money.
Could you people please help me in this regards that "what options do I have to get back my money?"
