Hoi,

Ik heb een NEC DVD brander , DVD+R schijfjes en NERO 6 Ultra Edition.
ik probeer enkele mpg en avi bestanden op de DVD+R te gooien (eentje is groter dan 2GB dus ik moest UDF filesystem gebruiken) maar dan krijg ik enkele fouten.
Ik paste hier even de Log van NERO Burning ROM omdat die zowat alle mogelijke informatie bevat (denk ik). Ook zou ik graag weten of ik wel een goede aankoop heb gedaan aan DVD+R te kopen (ik zet altijd bestanden op de DVD , geen filmen ofzo).

PS: Ik heb ondertussen al 6 van de 7 DVD schijfjes verpest aan dit fenomeen. (Hoera er is er eentje gelukt , toch kan geen enkele PC de DVD lezen)

Als ik dit artikel zo lees, dan heb je een probleem met je DMA instellingen van je brander / harde schijf, zie namelijk ook deze error uit je eigen log:
DiskPeripheral : Maxtor 6Y080P0 nvatabus Port 0 ID 0 DMA: Off
CdRomPeripheral : _NEC DVD_RW ND-3540A nvatabus Port 0 ID 2 DMA: Off
CdRomPeripheral : WU1553D SWX063U 1.0 dtscsi Port 3 ID 0 DMA: Off
Kijk eens bij apparaatbeheer -> IDE/ATA/ATAPI controllers als alles op DMA staat. Zo niet staat het op PIO en dan moet het even verzetten op DMA. Werkt dat niet dan moet je de primaire/secundaire kanaal even deleten en dan opnieuw opstarten. Als het goed is moet XP ze weer automatisch herkennen en zet ze 9 van de 10 keer ook op DMA :) Succes :)

En trouwens heb je ook meerdere soorten schijfjes getest :?

Zoekt nieuwe collega's (jr/sr engineers, servicedeskmedewerkers of managers in de Randstad)

Ik heb de nieuwste firmware geinstalleerd en de drivers er eens afgegooid (voor de nieuwe firmware) en nu krijg ik deze error:

Ook zie ik dat DMA nog altijd uitgeschakeld is hoewel het in de settings zegt dat het BIOS beslist.
