Scherm bij het opstarten

Bij het opstarten komt een zwart scherm met de dos promt in de balk c:\windows\system32\netsh.exe
Dat dos venster blijft circa 20 seconden in beeld en verdwijnt ineens, zonder dat je in het zwarte veld iets ziet gebeuren.
Herkent iemand dit? en hoe krijg ik dat scherm weg?
