NET::DNS Module failled

Opnieuw loop ik vast op het installeren van een perl module namelijjk: Net::DNS.

TIjdens de installatie krijg ik de volgende foutmelding:

Ik heb al geprobeerd om het probleem op te lossen door:

1. het instellen van andere nameservers (/etc/resolv.conf)
2. door het draaien van een caching dns (bind):
   chmod a+x /etc/rc.d/rc.bind;
   /etc/resolv.conf: nameserver 127.0.0.1

Dit heeft echter geen resultaat gehad. Normaal heeft deze pc ook geen last van dns problemen ofzo, draait als router en dat gaat perfect.

Ik heb geen idee hoe ik dat op kan lossen. Wie weet er raad?
