hallo,


ik heb hier 2 domein controllers staan allebij onder windows 2003 advan.
maar nu heb ik steets in de events log steets fouten staan op alle twee domein controllers de volgende fouten zijn:

File Replication service

follow is the summary of warings and errors encountered by file replication service while polling the domain controller server1.ict.alfa for FRS replica set configuration information

dit is nog een fout

the File Replications Service is having trouble enabling replication from server2 to server1 for c:\windows\sysvol\domain using the Dns name server2.ict.alfa. FRS will keep retrying.
Following are some of the reasons you would see this warning

[1] FRS can nog correctly resolve the DNS name server2.ict.alfa. from this computer
[2] FRS is nog running on dcalfa2.ict.alfa
[3] the topology information in tghe active directory for this replica has nog yet replicated to all the domain controllers.

this evend log message will appear once per connection, After the problem is fixed you will see another event log message indicating that the connection has been established.

ik kom hier niet uit ...ben er al een tijd mee bezig en heb ook al gezocht op google.nl maar zonder suc6 (het kan ook aan mijn zoeken liggen dat ik verkeerd zoek)

wie kan me helpen..

Waar kom je niet uit? Zeker in de tweede foutmeldingen staan drie mogelijke oorzaken en die kan je vrij gemakkelijk testen (zeker dat DNS verhaal :P ) :)

ja ik weet het met nslookup maar dat doet het wel alleen die fout meldingen krijg ik niet weg ik heb het al wel geprobeerd

Heeft het ooit gewerkt ? Is er iets veranderd aan de DC'ers ? Draai je een eigen DNS server ? Heb je forwards ingestelt ? DHCP server ?

ja het heeft altijd gewerkt , en neej ik heb nergens anders een dns draaien , en hij draait dhcp ..

en heb ze geforward

Dat verklaart dan ook waarom FRS niet werkt.... Ik zou je aanraden om alle fouten die je vindt in dcdiag door google en de MS KB te halen, want dat gaat ongetwijfeld je probleem oplossen.

eerder andersom :)

je hebt verder ook nog een frsdiag tool van MS, maar misschien handig om eerst de output van dcdiag te posten, voordat je een extra tool gaat installen op een server.

volgens mij ligt dat ding helemaal over de zeik want ook al ga ik een client aanmelden geeft ie aan dat de doelaccount naam (administrator) onjuist is :S

maar effe terug tekomen op de frs

ik heb heel veel fouten in de event log staan alleen deze dag al ongeveer 10 stuks ofzo.

ik zal effe kijken of ik dcdiag kan posten.

Je hebt geen GC meer (vinkje aanzetten op 1 van de 2 dc's) en het lijkt erop of simpelweg je ntfrs service niet meer draait.

verder heb je nog melding over duplicate name op het netwerk, als dit een servernaam betreft kan dat ook het probleem zijn. (zpals de melding zegt staat in de data het ip address in hex; zet de data op words, en het laatste word geeft je het ip adres, wel ff converten naar decimaal natuurlijk, als je niet precies weet hoe post die data dan ook nog ff).

bedankt voor je replay,

maar ik heb gekeken of ie aan gevinkt is GC maar dat is die wel op domein 1
en bij service staat dat de ntfrs wel draait of moet ik moet ik die effe restarten?

Je GC is in ieder geval niet benaderbaar: "A Global Catalog Server could not be located - All GC's are down."

verder is het gewoon zoeken op die errors die er vermeldt staan en hopelijk zodoende het probleem achterhalen en oplossen.

nieuwe dag nieuwe kanzen

ik heb wat documenten gevonden van het probleem

ik heb op deze probleem gezocht: DcGetDcName(gc_server_required) en misschien dat er een oplossing uit komt .ik ga er vandaag mee bezig alleen moet uit kijken dat de server niet down gaat anders heb ik straks boze mensen over me heen die beetje heel er boos zijn :9

okay mijn global catalog server draait weer alleen nu is het probleem met het aanmelden van de pc's op het domein nog niet opgelost..

ik krijg steets de melding van dat de doelaccountnaam is onjuist ....wie ow wie heeft hier een oplossing voor

Geef *altijd* de exacte foutmelding, jouw interpretatie van foutmeldingen heeft eigenlijk geen waarde ;)

Probeer daarnaast ook direct wat actiever te zijn in extra informatie te verschaffen, staan er zaken in bv. je eventlog ofzo? :)

okay.

ik probeer een win xp op het domein tekrijgen alleen waneer ik zeg van ik wil aanmelden dan moet ik me in loggen met de administrator account en wachtwoord ....alleen hij wil niet aanmelden omdat ik die fout melding krijg met doelaccount naam onjuist


en ik probeer het steets op tezoeken en tevragen ...maar krijg steets van die domme andwoorden

ik ben ook maar een ict leerende student ( loop stage op een school daarom)

log eens lokaal op dat XP werkstation in. Open een command prompt type in nslookup en dan de domain name.

krijg je zoiets als hieronder

als je melding krijgt dat er geen server beschikbaar is moet je een reverse lookup zone in je DNS aanmaken :) En dat je een student bent is niet erg maar je taalgebruikt als "steets" etc is wel urhm schokkend te noemen. Tis hier geen brezahslutbar.

hmmm als ik dat doe dan kan die de server niet vinden terwel ik hem wel in de reverse lookup zone heb staan .......

nou begin eens met simpel een ping naar de FQDN van je domain ofwel servernaam.domainname.extensie (dc01.domain.local) als je daar reply van krijgt is je dns server goed geconfigureerd krijg je timed out klopt je DNS niet en moet je je eerst eens gaan focussen waarom jou DNS server niet reageert.

hmmm ik zie dat het werk alleen moest ik effe handmatig dns toevoegen bij netwerkeigenschappen ...

ik kan nu ook pingen enzo

als je nu heel mooi de server te zien krijgt zou je probleem loos moeten kunnen inloggen. Let wel dat je niet een DNS server van de ISP erbij zet. Verder raad ik je aan je te gaan verdiepen in DNS en Microsoft Server articles. Eerst de basis gaan leren voordat je ermee gaat expirimenteren.

ik ben nu bezig met een domein zonder netwerk ....dus een domein die niet aan het netwerk zit geplakt ...en dan kijken of ik het dan voor elkaar krijg

als de dns niet in de scoop staat geeft dat ook problemen ?


want ik heb hier een test server staan en daar heb ik hem wel in gezet en ik kan ook aanmelden ....ik krijg ook niet van de bestaande server de dns naam niet mee...
