[XP][office xp] word loopt vast bij plakken van IE

Probleem:
Word loopt vast als ik ook maar iets van tekst of jpg plaatjes van internet explorer plak.

Wat heb ik al gedaan:
Word hersteld met de cd, word opnieuw geinstalleerd met de cd.

Normal.dot verandert op de manier die hier wordt beschreven:

Word heeft verder ook alle toegang tot internet..dus daar ligt het ook niet aan.
Ik snap niet waar dit aan kan liggen, heel vervelend probleem aangezien ik werkstukken voor school moet maken.

Ok hij kan weer dicht, opeens doet alles het gewoon weer

dus voor degenen die dit later lezen en dit probleem ook hebben, toch ff deze stappen doorlopen

Word is geen OS dus voor de search even WOS --> OFF

‘Word’ related fatal error

Symptoms: Windows crashes when opening Word, or when attempting to cut a clip from Internet Explorer and paste it into a Word doc. Dismissing the error and pressing a key results in the computer freezing and hang up, with or without a ‘blue screen of death’ (BSOD). The problem disappears when IV Interceptor is disabled.

Cause: This condition is caused by Interceptor getting entangled in an irreversibly corrupted template.

Remedy: If Word crashes just on opening, then the culprit could be any of the default active templates. To find which, then proceed in the following order.

Close Word to unlock the templates.
Rename Word’s global template – normal.dot - to something else. Note that the template may have a different name in multilingual Word versions, e.g. the Hebrew one being hnormal.dot.
Restart Word to see if the problem was solved.
If not, then close Word and check the content of the Word startup directory, usually found in ..\Office\Startup, under the MS Office directory. Move all files found there to elsewhere, then see if the problem is solved. You may return the files to the startup directory, one by one, to find which one is corrupted. Delete or replace the bad file, if it’s really needed there.

If Word crashes when attempting to cut and paste between IE and Word, then the culprit is Html.dot – the template used to convert HTML into Word format. Just replace the template from backup or from Office setup disk.
