[Virtual PC] Probleem met PAE mode

Ik probeer Virtual PC 5 op mijn pc te draaien, maar ik blijf de volgende foutmelding krijgen:

"Virtual PC is incompatible with PAE mode"

This version of virtual pc cannot be run with PAE mode enabled on the host.


Via google kwam ik de optie tegen om in mijn boot.ini PAE uit te zetten, maar dit heeft niet gewerkt.
Verder kan ik op GoT en Google over de kwestie niks vinden dus bij deze hulp gevraagd.

Kan het zijn dat de PAE modus in WIndows alsnog ingeschakelt wordt; en dus je BIOS wijziging override? Pas je boot.ini eens aan en zet dit er eens achter:

/nopae

Forces Ntldr to load the non-Physical Address Extension (PAE) version of the Windows kernel, even if the system is detected as supporting x86 PAEs and has more than 4 GB of physical memory.
