is een user "support_388450s" in incoming connections ok?

onder netwerk -> incoming conenctions staat deze user op mijn homepc.
Is dit normaal? of heeft iemand hier een backdoor achtergelaten(wat dus betekend dat ik heel mijn pc uitgebreid moet gaan scannen)

Dat is een standaard-account van Windows XP, dat word gebruikt voor de Remote Assistance-functie (niet te verwarren met Remote Desktop).

Default is die user overigens disabled en kan het dus weinig kwaad.

Als hij bij jou nog steeds disabled is, hoef je je geen zorgen te maken. Je kan hem uiteraard wel deleten in je screenshot...

Mijn fout, het word niet gebruikt voor Remote Assistance, maar voor Help en Support.

op windows 2000 heb je standaard geen support account, als er wel zoiets staat is het idd aangemaakt door de support-afdeling van het bedrijf.

bij xp(-prof) krijg je bij elke installatie gratis en voor niks zo'n account erbij

Mooi. niks aan het handje dus.

Die gebruiker is overigne niet te zien onder local users & groups, uds ik kan niet zien of hij idisabled is. Weggehaald en bedankt.
