open_basedir restriction in effect

Op mijn plesk installatie wil ik cacti installeren om vervolgens de statistieken uit te lezen. Na een volledige installatie zie ik de volgende foutmelding:

Na wat gezocht te hebben lijkt het probleem duidelijk. De directory /stats/httpdocs/ heeft geen rechten tot de verschillende locaties. Nu zou ik graag een uitzondering willen maken voor deze directory, namelijk dat hij wel de rechten heeft tot /usr/bin/snmpget , /usr/bin/snmpget , etc. Weet iemand hoe je dit configureerd?

Nee helaas. Heb de regel toegevoegd aan het php.ini bestand, httpd gerestart maar helaas... Zou dit er ook nog wat mee te maken kunnen hebben:

Je kunt dat ook in de /conf.vhost.conf zetten van het domein waarop je die html pagina's gaat zetten. Echter, Plesk staat bekend om 1000den bugs en ik geloof dat het opnemen van paths in php_admin_value open_basedir er 1 van is Je kunt ook proberen om Safemode uit te zetten voor je domein, dat wil heel soms nog wel eens helpen.

1000den bugs valt ook wel mee.

Plesk heeft per virtualhost een include bestand voor custom directives. Namelijk /home/httpd/vhosts/<domainnaam>/conf/vhost.conf en vhost_ssl.conf

Daarin kun je je eigen directives opnemen of die van Plesk herdefiniëren. Vergeet ook daarna niet dat commando uit te voeren !
