Software voor het genereren van een 'map/bestand'-overview

Ik heb laatst een enorme hoeveelheid tabs (23.000 om precies te zijn) gedownload in 1 bestand. Na het bestand uitgepakt te hebben zag ik dat het enkel gesorteerd was in alfabetisch mappen:

Nu zoek ik dus een programma waarmee je een hoofd- en subdirectory kan uitlezen en vervolgens de bestanden kan exporteren naar een simpel *.txt, *.html of *.xml bestand.
Nu heb ik op google flink gezocht maar waarschijnlijk ligt het aan mijn zoektermen (overview, indexing, folder, generate).

/N New long list format where filenames are on the far right.
/O List by files in sorted order.
sortorder N By name (alphabetic) S By size (smallest first)
E By extension (alphabetic) D By date/time (oldest first)
G Group directories first - Prefix to reverse order
/P Pauses after each screenful of information.
/Q Display the owner of the file.
/S Displays files in specified directory and all subdirectories.

/W Uses wide list format.
/X This displays the short names generated for non-8dot3 file

Switches may be preset in the DIRCMD environment variable. Override
preset switches by prefixing any switch with - (hyphen)--for example, /-W.

In combinatie met een simpel stukje basic moet je je doel mijns inziens wel kunnen bereiken.
