Sharepoint vraag

Hallo,
op het werk gebruiken we Sharepoint om de bestanden te delen. Echter niemand is 100% op de hoogte van alle tools en instructies.
Nu hebben we enkele vragen:
- als je in een word of excel doc een hyperlink aanmaakt van een doc dat ook in sharepoint staat en je klikt op die hyperlink, dan opent die zich steeds als een "alleen lezen" bestand. Hoe krijgen we goed zodat de hyperlink opent om te kunnen bewerken?
- we gebruiken Sharepoint ook om aan versiebeheer te doen. Gaat dat enkel met "uitchecken" en terug "inchecken" en niet als je het document gewoon opent?
- nog iets voor dat versiebeheer: we willen in de word en excel docs ook automatisch het versienummer laten verschijnen (ook op prints) Hoe doe je dat?

jazeker, maar daar vindt ik dus niet terug wat ik zoek.

• Is je 1e probleem niet op te lossen met Notebook opens as read only from a Windows SharePoint Services document library in OneNote 2003
• Versies worden volgens mij nooit verhoogt als je iets leest; dat zou nogal loos zijn; er is dan namelijk geen verschil om als versie op te slaan?

When versioning is enabled, versions are automatically created whenever a user updates a document in a document library. Versions are created in the following situations:

• When a user checks out a file, makes changes, and checks the file back in.
• When a user opens a file, makes changes, and then saves the file for the first time.
Note: If the user saves the file again, without closing the file, a new version is not created. If the user closes the application he or she is using to edit the file, and then opens it and saves the file again, another version is created.
• When a user restores and old version of a file (and does not check it out).
• When a user uploads a file that already exists, in which case the current file becomes an old version.

• Is het versienummer niet gewoon een property die je via 'Invoegen' erin kunt plakken?

- het eerste zal ik eens uitproberen morgen.
- een versienummer kan je inderdaad als veld invoegen, maar het probleem is dat er honderden documenten zijn... Dan ben je wel een tijdje bezig. Ik zocht één of andere functie die dit "automatisch" zou kunnen doen op alle aanwezige documenten. En dan nog liefst als koptekst.
