kan bios van Ultra100 Device niet flashen

als ik me bios van me Ultra 100 device wil flashen wil niet..
als ik ptiflash (gedownload bij www.Promise.com) opstart heeft ie deze fout aan....

The flash Memory type is unknow or the Flash Memory is on Motherbord...
kan iemand dit probleem oplossen??/
