DivX spelers en subtitles.
Ik heb er altijd ruzie mee.
Vandaar even deze noodkreet voor mede lotgenoten en natuurlijk de mensen met een oplossing.
Ik heb zelf al een Provision teruggebracht en nu voor de Amuseer 5000P (Kruidvat).
Alleen die subtitle blijft constant in het midden hangen.
Hoe ik deze op de pc ook aanpas.
Ook blijft deze wit zonder zwarte rand of transparant veld zodat het haast niet te lezen is op vele momenten (denk aan een witte achtergrond e.d.).

Q5. Does DVD-5000P support subtitle display and what format does DVD-5000P support?
A5. It starts to support subtitle display from v4.1.21.1 code onwards. The subtitle format that we support are Microsoft SAMI (.smi extension) and the "subrip" format (.srt and .sri). You need to add in the compile option -DSAMI to enable this feature. These .srt/sri subtitle content is actually ascii code for the display string. We use OSD font to display those corresponding string at the output. Therefore, the capability of different language of subtitle support also depeneds on how many different language OSD font is installed in the firmware. For example, if you need Chinese .srt/sri support, you need to built in the full Chinese OSD font at the system software.
