Snelkoppelingen Norton Systemworks 2005

Ik heb na de installatie van Systemworks 2005 elke keer na het opstarten dat Windows Installer opstart en dan de melding geeft "Norton Antivirus does not support repair. Remove and reinstall."..

Nu heb ik al gevonden wat de mogelijke oplossing zou kunnen zijn voor dit probleem.. Het terugplaatsen van de snelkoppelingen in het menu start. Helaas heb ik deze map dus gewoon verwijderd! En weet dus echt niet welke snelkoppelingen er in deze map stonden..

Kan iemand mij vertellen welke snelkoppelingen nodig zijn om deze bug te voorkomen? Zou het trouwens niet aan de NAV-makers zijn om hier allang een patch voor te moeten hebben????

Solution 1: Restore the Windows Start menu entry for Norton AntiVirus
This message can happen if you have changed the default location for the Norton AntiVirus shortcuts in the Windows Start Menu. The default locations of the shortcuts are:

* In Norton AntiVirus installed as part of Norton SystemWorks:
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Norton SystemWorks\Norton AntiVirus
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Norton SystemWorks Premier\Norton AntiVirus

To restore the Windows Start menu for Norton SystemWorks
Follow the steps in each section in the order listed.

To create the Norton AntiVirus Start menu folder

1. On the Windows desktop, right-click Start > Open All Users.
2. In the right pane, double-click Programs.
3. In the right pane, double-click Norton SystemWorks. (If you have Norton SystemWorks Premier, then double-click Norton SystemWorks Premier.)
4. On the menu, click File > New > Folder.
5. In the right pane, type Norton AntiVirus and then click a blank space in the pane to save the name.
6. Go to the next section


To copy the Norton AntiVirus shortcuts to the new Start menu folder

1. On the toolbar, click Folder.
2. In the left pane, go to the folder where you moved the Norton AntiVirus menu shortcuts.
3. Click the folder.
4. Click the right pane and then, from the menu, click Edit > Select All.
5. From the menu, click Edit > Copy.
6. On the Windows desktop, right-click Start > Open All Users.
7. In the right pane, double-click Programs.
8. In the right pane, double-click Norton SystemWorks. (If you have Norton SystemWorks Premier, then double-click Norton SystemWorks Premier.)
9. Double-click Norton AntiVirus.
10. From the menu, click Edit > Paste.
11. Exit Windows Explorer.

If this does not fix the problem, then go on to the section "Remove and reinstall Norton AntiVirus."

Het gebeurd niet bij alle gebruikers, ze schijnen er mee bezig te zijn maar het heeft geen prioriteit.

ooh ik lees net dat je die hele map verwijderd hebt
Ik heb het zelf niet op m'n systeem draaien dus kan je pas morgen helpen vanaf m'n werk.
