[Configuratie probleem IIS] .asp bestanden worden niet geope

Webserver: IIS 5.0
OS: XP
Probleem: het aanroepen van een .asp bestand gaat niet.

Heb zelf al geprobeerd (tevergeefs) om IIS opnieuw te installeren, firewall en vs uit.

localhost/index.asp geeft:

HTTP Error 500-12 Application Restarting
Internet Information Services

Het uitschakelen van de service en opnieuw starten mocht ook niet baten.

Rechtermuisknop op Default Website en dan Properties, kijk dan op het tabblad Documents kijk daar eens of index.asp ertussen staat zoniet voeg je uhm toe

Als dat het probleem niet is kijk dan ff op het tabblad Home Directory en vervolgens klik je onderaan op Configuration check daar ff of de extensie asp wel staat geinstalleerd. Het moet haast wel want de .asp draait standaard met IIS 5.0.

Ojah voor .aspx moet je .NET framework installeren.

Shit las over dat HTTP foutmelding heen

Kortom zet je virusscanner eens uit

index.asp staat ertussen
ook de extentie .asp wordt ondersteund
en met de virusscanner uit is de pagina nog steeds niet bereikbaar (geen aplication restarting melding meer)
