[Steam] steam start helemaal niet!!

Hello users,
I've played CounterStrike: Source for over 3 months now, and Steam never gave me errors before.
But today, this morning, i've started Steam, but it didn't work.
I've double clicked on the Steam icon, but it doesn't show up in the tray!
After a while it gives this error:

SystemSpecs:
Processor: AMD Athlon 2600+
Motherboard: MSI KT4AV
Memory: 2x256MB-DDR Nanya, PC2700
HDD: Western Digital Caviar, 80GB

Thins i've already tried to do:
- Reinstalled Steam.
- Installed SP2.
- Deleted HalfLife 2 and CounterStrike: Source.
- Reinstalled HalfLife 2 and CounterStrike: Source.
- Formatted C:\ (did work, but error comes back every time!).
- Underclocked my processor.
- Tested my memory, but that's all good.
- Repaired Windows XP Professional.
- Read the Steam Startup and Connection Problem FAQ.
- Disabled and then deleted NAV2005.
- Checked for spyware.
- Checked for virusses.

I have exactly the same error as on this page:

It seems that the problem also isn't fixed there!

wat gebeurt er als je met control + alt + delete (taakbeheer dus)
tabblad 'toepassingen' -> nieuwe taak.
en dan c:\program files\blablabla.exe doet

helpt niets, precies hetzelfde als wat er normaal gebeurd.

stuur in iedergeval alvast even een Steam-ticket naar de helpdesk van steam.
Voordat ze dan antwoorden ben je 3 weken verder.

C/pen van een ander forum doen we hier niet aan. Als je geholpen wilt worden mag je er wel wat meer moeite voor doen

Sorry, zo werken we op GoT niet. Je mag dan wel nieuw zijn (Welkom ), twee dingen zou ik graag anders zien:
1. Zou je je startpost naar het Nederlands willen vertalen? We kunnen allemaal wel Engels, maar dit is nu eenmaal een Nederlands forum.
2. Zou je voordat je vraagt "hoe moet dat?" eerst zelf rond kunnen kijken? Tussen de suggestie van The Milkman en jou zat welgeteld 1 minuut. Het lijkt me sterk dat je in die tijd zelf even rond hebt gekeken op de Steam site.
