First of all, I am sorry I don't speak Dutch. Actually, mijn Nederlands is slecht !

I have an issue with an Internet provider which is XS4ALL and I am looking for help as I don't know what to do.

I lived in the Netherlands for a couple of years. And took first a dialup subscription with XS4ALL and then converted into an ADSL account.

When I moved back to my country in August 2004, I asked XS4ALL to disconnect my account. I followed the process. Did it twice. Sent registered letters. Called them many times.

But nothing happened and I still paid until January 2005. I thought it was over. But then my bank account was debited from XS4ALL and this time for a dialup account from March to May 2005. Which of course I am not using at all.

I don't understand. I don't know what to do with them. I feel very frustrated of course.

This is a Dutch forum, so Dutch is the preferred language. But I'll give you a break ;-)
The best thing you can do is (again) send a letter to XS4all with a confirmation of receipt (aangetekend, of met ontvangstbevestiging). Probably you started an automatic withdrawal somewhere in the past. So, contact your bank to block any future withdrawals from xs4all. This might give them a sign that there is something wrong and hopefully they'll contact you.

Call XS4all, explain to them what hapened, tell them you sent letters and ask if they can undo this error.

We can't help you with a problem between you and an ISP, you'll have to do it yourself and the forum is in dutch...

Like others here have already said, I suggest you contact Xs4all for this matter.

In my honest opinion It would be best if you would give them a call as of tommorow.A phone call is more direct and also faster then a written letter. This way you'll save yourself cash/upcomming bills.

XS4all is a good service based provider, thus making it almost impossible to not solve your problem.

Speaking english shouldn't scare them off, anyhow I'm sure they will put you thrue to someone who does speak sufficient english.
