IPAQ rx3715 tomtom3

I have an rx3715 with an emtac CRUX antenna, and for my tomtom3 i have to install the 3.07 update in order to work. When i install an additional map, i replace the mid file, for example, Spain.mid but the problem is that tomtom doesnt see the map i've just installed. does anyone have any idea how i could solve this?
