[Windows 2000 Professional] Hijacker misb.exe, hoe remove?

Pas geleden windows 2000 geinstalleerd, alles doet het goed, totdat blijkt dat mn IE gehijacked is. Dus Hijack This erop gezet, een virusscanner (Panda Online, Norton 2004) eroverheen en het probleem is verholpen. Echter...iedere keer bij reboot nestelt zich een bestand, genaamd MISB.exe, op mijn c:/ schijf. In de taskmanager is dit bestand wel af te sluiten, maar ik wil gewoon niet dat iedere keer weer het bestand op de c:/ root wordt geplaatst. Er verschijnt dan bij het opstarten ook een popup waar je moet kiezen uit welk land je komt, voor meer hijack "plezier" dus volgens mij.

Nu luidt de vraag: hoe haal je dit weg? Is er ergens een opstartprocedure .ini die ik over het hoofd zie? Ik heb via google gezocht, vergeef mij als ik niet goed genoeg had gezocht. Alles is wel verholpen, alleen dit probleem met misb.exe dus niet. Hijack This vindt nu niets meer, en de virusscanners/system works vindt ook geen fouten in registry's etc.

Troj/HideDial-B is a Trojan dialler application.

Troj/HideDial-B attempts to download a third-party dialler application to C:\MISB.EXE. The Trojan then runs the dialler, but attempts to hide windows normally displayed by the dialler in order to conceal this.

The Trojan randomly chooses one of three different URLs to download from. At the present time, all of these URLs point to files detected as Dial/Tibsys-A.

Verwijderen:

Windows NT/2000/XP/2003

In Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 you will also need to edit the following registry entry. The removal of this entry is optional in Windows 95/98/Me. Please read the warning about editing the registry.

At the taskbar, click Start|Run. Type 'Regedit' and press Return. The registry editor opens.

Before you edit the registry, you should make a backup. On the 'Registry' menu, click 'Export Registry File'. In the 'Export range' panel, click 'All', then save your registry as Backup.

Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE entry:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run
Ibs
<windows>\ibs.exe

and delete it if it exists.

Close the registry editor.
