| Na maanden hard werken heeft redlinedevelopments een paar minuten geleden de GTP mod voor NASCAR Racing 2003 uitgegeven. De mod is gebaseerd op Group C racewagens uit het tijdperk 1987-1991. Er zitten 4 modellen in de mod met ieder eigen physics. Dit is voorheen nog nooit gerealiseerd in een NR2003 mod. |
| FEATURES |
| -4 cars which are the Sauber c9 , Jaguar XJR-9 , Toyota 88cv and Mazda 787b . -Each car has its own cockpit, parts and sets of gauges all modeled and placed separate so each looks similar to its real life match . -Full carset of the real drivers liveries and names from each of these famous cars -Right hand side drive -Separate 3d tyres and rims for each make of car that leaves the disc brakes visible thru the rims. -The driver was also rebuilt so it’s to correct size and shape from original Papy shape -New drivers and pit crew textures as well. -Windshield effects of dirt etc -A simulated digital tach in mazda to match real life -All new Spotter sounds. -Realistic incar sounds for each car which are hardcoded to the car selected -New ambient ingame sounds in menus etc. -Working nightime headlights incockpit and outside in all views -Night time compatible lights ad special fx and lit cockpits -New night time track method with changing sky conditions at each session change -Ability to run almost any nr2003 track at night with a small patch we can provide. -Ability to run any nr2003 track in day with a small patch we can provide or will provide info on user changes. -the game interfaces ... i.e. menus are totally redone and contain some per car details -full damage thru all Lod's containing falling debris removed quarterpanels and other parts -ai performances to match the cars (ai support although it works is minimal and will be tweaked in future version) -full support from the new VROC as the racelist service made famous from GPL !! |

| -this runs the game and gives you the correct physics , sound and livery ! -car type and livery selection ( needed for online and VROC in which you cant select cars ingame ) -online or offline selection which are different interfaces and choosing online will not allow you to play offline and visa versa . -night and day selection -option page with some key graphic and general tweaks and features unavailable ingame -a head glance feature implimented with settings to tweak -other features |
| PHYSICS |
| -we have 4 new gtp physics based on a sprint setup the real life cars used , 1 attached to each car make , which are modeled after each car in the series as far as the papy physics would allow down to fuel cell size , rpm's , speeds and general handling including tire wear. After months of testing the feel of the cars has really come to life and racing between each of the different makes is very good. The slowest car in reality is also slowest in our version, the cars each have different attributes which contribute to excellent racing. Multiple physics work very well indeed in online racing !! And works as well in offline . -the ride height issue has been improved so it is barely visible now. -cars dont bounce up and down nearly as much when viewing someone online and the general look of opponents online is alot smoother . -as far as online racing Sierra will not work due to our edited exe's however the new physics work perfectly in non sierra online sessions. -you will not be able to run any other series with our physics -there are no standard Nascar 2003 exe's in the installation therefore there is no way to play other series atm with our runtime app . -our own physic name GTP ( no longer PTA ) -separate setups per car -separate records per car -separate night car selection and track folder for use with our system to make most tracks night compatible with different lighting conditions |
