Perhaps Mr. Atheist can assist with translation - although I know most of you speak, read, and write EXCELLENT English.

I've been away awhile - and wanted to say hello - and wish you all the very best!

TeAm Anandtech is busily thrashing away at a number of projects... but -- my friends... we have YOU in our sights in DPAD! We're going to CRUSH the upstart US-Distributed annoyance, and move ahead for a BIG fight with DPC for the #2 spot in DPAD.

So... my friends. To coin a French phrase... 'en garde! We're coming for you!

Why do that when we're doing it almost by ourselves? Save your money... Quit your addictions... Buy computers... Fire them up and don't produce any non-DC load !

TA has been all talk up till now.. a handfull of DPC peeps has been able to keep TA easily at bay.. You guys have 25.9 Tpts to go at this moment before you overtake DPC..

TA has DPC in it's sights?? I would forget DPAD if i were you and patent those sights.. they are great!!

Goed, wat betreft de stats.. ben ff aan de slag geweest, maar heb besloten er niets meer aan te doen. Alles is zo ongelofelijk krom opgezet, alleen al de manier hoe je teams moet samen stellen (lees bij elkaar gokken). Dit is vrijwel onmogelijk zonder regelmatig fouten te genereren.
Dat was overigens ook de reden dat ik de oude stats niet meer werkend hield, iedere dag was ik weer een hoop tijd kwijt om alle importscripts e.d. met de hand aan te passen.

Ja, dat is easy.. leest al alles in een mysql database enz..

Afgelopen week hebben 11 DPC members/subteams geflushed, tegen 102 TA members..
Afgelopen 2 weken hebben 22 DPC members geflushed, tegen 333(!!!) TA members..

Ik (wij?) had(den) hierboven wel een grote bek, maar volgens mij moeten we dat maar eens herzien..

Als ik het goed heb gezien schatten ze zelf in om in ongeveer 10 dagen die 25 Tpts te hebben ingelopen..

Paar posts hierboven staat de rar/zip van laatste versie (4.34).. allemaal ophalen en draaien!!!!

Dat gaat automatisch wanneer je results.txt 100kB groot is.
Als je dat te lang vind duren, kun je de resultaten ook verzenden met manualsend. Daarvoor moet results.txt echter wel al enigszins gevuld zijn. Ik denk zo'n 10kB.

Je punten komen als het goed is binnen een uurtje of twee in de stats, maar het kan langer duren als de FTP server waarnaar je verzend niet geleegd wordt. In dat geval: even geduld .

You gave yourself away by making two mistakes:
- using 'u', which is way to formal
- '... u', which is something (typical?) English

I use Altavista's translator for most things, but they do not have Dutch -- so I located another on the web.

I do speak just a little German, so some of it looks like it makes some sense due to the similarities with some words, but most of these translators make "Hello, how are you?" come out as "I ate a grasshopper for lunch" when they do English to Dutch.

I probably should just stick with English -- since your English is FAR better than anything the translators can do with Dutch.

Now THERE's a great DC project eh? Figuring out an actual working Dutch/English/German/Spanish/Afrikaans/Etc.. translator?
