Wel connectie maar geen internet

Gegevens: NIEUWE LAPTOP met WINDOWS 8.1 (Lenovo G710), Router Telenet.

Ik moet iemand helpen om een nieuwe laptop op te starten. Het meeste lukt vrij eenvoudig, maar het wireless netwerk lukt mij maar niet. Normaal moet je enkel het netwerk paswoord ingeven. Deze aanvaard hij, maar enkel met beperkte toegang. = Geen internet.
Alle andere laptops/tablet/gsm in huis maken eenvoudig wireless netwerkverbinding.
Enkel deze nieuwe laptop niet. Het eigenaardige is dat deze wel goede connectie maakt via mijn gsm hotspot. (maar dat is ontzettend traag)
Wat heb ik al gedaan?

Google speurtocht.
• DHCP on
• Automatisch ip toewijzen
• Ipconfig /release , ipconfig /renew
• drivers downloaden van de lenovo website/installeren. Dit verandert niets. (laten zoeken naar nieuwe stuurprogramma’s ook niet)
• alle updates van windows
• alle firewall’s uitgezet, macafea internetsecurity eraf gezwierd.

Met LAN kabel ingeplugd krijg ik wel ping resultaten.

Doe eens een ping naar 8.8.8.8
Je hebt een probleempje met DNS lijkt wel...

Je kunt tijdelijk even proberen als dns servers 8.8.8.8 en 8.8.4.4 in te stellen. dit zijn de google dns servers

Probeer deze driver eens (herstart na installatie): http://download.lenovo.co...adcom_wifi_6.31.139.2.zip

Het lijkt een bug te zijn met Windows 8.1 icm een bepaalde driver.

Kan je best eens gelijk in hebben... zijn meerdere mensen met de Broadcom 802.11n-netwerkadapter en deze perikelen

Deze werkt effectief. Ik had nochtans drivers afgehaald vanop lenovo. Blijkbaar niet de juiste. (Ben ik daar een ganse dag mee bezig. :-S )
